Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Properties listed at /companies, unless a checkout page or written Service Agreement states different terms.

Services

Because services involve time allocation and custom work, service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. If an agreement includes milestones or cancellation terms, those terms control.

Digital products / training

If we offer digital downloads or training access, refund terms will be stated on the checkout page. Unless stated otherwise, digital goods may be non-refundable after access is delivered.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of access and collection actions where permitted.
